Our process begins with the collection of real-time data during the completion process. This crucial data is processed through our proprietary LiveFrac software, which applies advanced statistical models to interpret the data in real-time. It identifies key productivity indicators and trends as they emerge, facilitating immediate adjustments to the completion process and optimizing parameters such as slurry rate and sand concentration. These adjustments can improve operational efficiencies by reducing pump time and water volume.

Following the completion, our PostFrac software steps in. Using the collected leak-off data, it carries out a comprehensive post-operation analysis. The robustness of our approach is rooted in our use of sophisticated statistical models, which are specifically tailored to each unique operation and built on top of proven and standard science. This keeps our mathematical modelling within the confines of realistic, proven, and industry-wide accepted science.

PostFracTM

Postfrac by Frac Science group adds significant value to the real time fracture monitoring and optimization tool by promoting the accurate calibration of fracture surface area determined by LiveFrac. Postfrac offers characterization of near wellbore flow attributes, relative stage fracture characterization and lets you define the pseudo production log per stage.

While RTA and other production data analysis provide the average fracture characteristics per stage Postfrac employs proprietary techniques that deconvolves individual flow characteristics by stage.

The system optimizes the well spacing as a function of distributions of the flow attributes per stage whereas using average fracture characteristics, determined by RTA and other inverse production data analysis to optimize the well spacing leads to erroneous results.
